Technically we are an outsourced provider. But we prefer to think of ourselves as an extension of your business. Simply, we recruit for you as we would for our own team.
Throughout the recruitment process, we are committed to transparent and regular communication with you.
We take the time to visit you on site or connect with you over the phone or Skype to gather a detailed understanding of the skills-profile and culture fit you require.
In today’s digital environment, it’s no longer sufficient to mine a database or post an ad on a job board, and wait for talent to come knocking.
We search thoroughly for the right people via multiple channels: an active, work-ready talent pipeline, referrals, social media, networking events and more. In fact, we consider advertising a vacancy (almost) as a last resort!
Shortlist and candidate preparation
We know you’re busy and needed the right person yesterday. Our service benchmark sits at a maximum of 3 candidates to put forward for both temporary and permanent placements.
In addition to rigorously screening our candidates through contemporary interview and assessment techniques, we extend a high level of candidate care.
In a highly competitive market, how we treat our people, makes all the difference.
Given our active temp-talent pipeline, we can often place talent with you on the same morning or day.
All of our candidates are pre-screened, including reference checks. Additional skills tests can be organised to suit your specifications.
Balancing client and candidate care is of enormous importance to us.
Short term placements
We will check in with both you and your new starter by the end of the first working day. We do this to ensure expectations have been met on both sides.
Long term placements
In addition to touching base in the first week, Plan B checks in regularly during the probation period where we have placed a long-term or permanent employee in your business.

We are proactive in remaining abreast of changes in recruitment legislation to remain at the top of our market.
In addition, we conduct monthly and quarterly management reports, candidate and client satisfaction surveys, plus regular site visits to ensure A-grade service and delivery. Plan B encourages our clients and candidates to give us transparent feedback with regard to their experience, and add further knowledge and expertise so that we may continuously improve.
